This website (https://ventures.datadaur.com) is published by AfriPak Ventures to describe our services and let prospective clients get in touch. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice, and browsing it does not create a client relationship between you and AfriPak Ventures.
2. Engaging our services
A client relationship — and the specific rights and obligations that come with it — begins only once we've agreed a written engagement letter or service agreement with you covering scope, fees, and timelines for the specific service (business setup, due diligence, market entry strategy, legal & tax compliance, partner matchmaking, or operations support) you've requested.
3. Information accuracy
We work to keep the guides, sector data, and regulatory information on this site accurate and up to date, and we cite our sources. Pakistani laws, fees, and incentive programs change, sometimes without much notice — always confirm current figures with us or the relevant government body (SECP, FBR, SBP, BOI) before relying on them for a specific decision.
4. No guarantee of outcome
We help you navigate registration, due diligence, and market entry as thoroughly and honestly as we can, including flagging real risks. We cannot guarantee any specific business, regulatory, or financial outcome.

The content on this site — including our guides, glossary, and sector research — is owned by AfriPak Ventures. You're welcome to link to it; please don't republish it wholesale without permission.
6. Governing law
